NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stocks to watch on Friday: JOHNSON & JOHNSON (JNJ.N: Quote , Profile , Research ) : The healthcare group said it has voluntarily withdrawn 300 of its Cypher stents from the U.S. market after determining that the coating on six of the devices did not meet specifications. The company said the move would have no impact on its overall revenues. Its stock closed at $61.97 on the New York Stock Exchange. SUN MICROSYSTEMS INC. (SUNW.O: Quote , Profile , Research ) : The computer networking products maker reported a small quarterly net profit, reversing a year-earlier loss, as costs narrowed even as revenue declined slightly. Its stock closed at $4.58 on the Nasdaq. CREE INC.(CREE.O: Quote , Profile , Research ) : The semiconductor company maintained its second-quarter earnings forecast of 32 cents a share, but said third-quarter earnings would be between 24 and 27 cents a share -- down from Reuters Estimates forecast of 32 cents. Its stock closed at $35.07 on the Nasdaq. LOOKSMART LTD. (LOOK.O: Quote , Profile , Research ) : The Internet search company said it expects to post a wider net loss and lower sales in its fourth quarter than it previously forecast. Its stock closed at $1.81 on the Nasdaq. MARSH & MCLENNAN COS. (MMC.N: Quote , Profile , Research ) : The insurer has offered to pay $600 million to settle insurance bid-rigging allegations but the New York attorney general wants $750 million and a public statement of contrition as part of a pact expected to be made final this month, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter. Its stock closed at $30.37 on the NYSE.
